LeadKite CRM is run by VEXTR. This page describes what we store about the people who use the tool, and about the contacts and leads you enter.

Account

When you log in we store name, email and role. Login is handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords stay with them, not in clear text with us.

CRM content

Campaigns, leads, contacts, companies, support cases, notes and social numbers are stored in the project database in Stockholm. That is working data for VEXTR, not a public address book.

Mail

Replies and invitation emails are sent through mail.vextr.net. The sender is a mailbox on leadkite.app. The content of a case can therefore also sit in that mailbox.

Who can see it

Only users in the organisation. Administrators can invite people and see integration keys. kasper@myram.dk is a permanent administrator and cannot be removed.
